We have our own modular Management Development Programme, which has been delivered to cohorts totalling more than 60 people, from all levels of management. The subjects covered include dealing with difficult situations and conversations; teamwork; motivating yourself and your team; Performance Management and Time Management – there are more than 20 modules for you to select from – but, if what you want isn’t there – we can design it and deliver exactly what you want. Our courses are highly participative and the overwhelming feedback is that people enjoy them, which is particularly rewarding as some of the people who come along are very reluctant learners, having done little development since leaving school. Our clients are from a variety of backgrounds including Manufacturing; Processing; Administrative; Retail and Charity backgrounds.

Financial management is the key to success for any business and as experienced accounts, we believe that everyone in an organisation should be aware of the impact of their contribution on the profit. We have successfully delivered our participative ‘Finance for Everyone’ course to more than 120 participants across Kent.
Wendy Tetley from Achieving Clarity is a sessional lecturer at Christchurch University delivering strategic business topics to Post Graduate Level. In addition, as a Level 7 accredited Executive Coach, we offer one-to-one support for Managers as well as group coaching and development, to improve performance.
